Part of the ultra-boutique 60 Curzon development, this fully furnished, art-filled townhouse sits on the former site of the iconic Mirabelle restaurant — once frequented by Elizabeth Taylor, JFK Jr, and Leonardo DiCaprio. Designed by De Rosee Sa, the turnkey three-bedroom residence blends midcentury elegance with bespoke design.
Principal designers Max de Roseé and Claire Sá took inspiration from the original interior architecture by French architect Thierry W Despont. Drawing on vintage influences, they crafted a midcentury modern look with custom walnut furniture, luxe velvet upholstery and bespoke rugs. The 423 sq m residence opens onto a foyer with a Robin Myerscough bronze console table and antiqued mirror, leading to a generous double-height reception room with a grand piano at its centre.
Philip Jeffries’s Manila Hemp wallpaper provides a neutral backdrop for accents of cerulean, dusty pink, rich reds and an Arabescato Orobico Grigio marble coffee table. The English craftsman kitchen has marble surfaces and cabinetry the colour of blue bone china, lit by rattan GUBI pendant lights.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, including a principal suite with a velvet daybed, custom wardrobe doors clad in Dedar fabric and a Bauwerk limewash on the walls. Vintage finds are placed throughout, along with original artworks sourced from contemporary galleries and commissioned works by artists like Jon Harvey, Philip Maltman and Kim Bartelt.
‘For us, it’s about more than just aesthetics,’ says Claire Sá. ’It’s about crafting an environment that feels authentic, layered, and adaptable to modern life. We were inspired by places like Mirabelle — not just for their beauty, but for their ambience. We wanted to evoke that same immersive experience, where every detail contributes to a feeling, not just a look… Furniture and art were chosen with intention… to add narrative, depth, and a sense of evolution. The result is a home that feels lived-in, loved, and ready to grow with its future owner.’
The townhouse enjoys access to a communal woodland garden landscaped by Gustafson and Porter + Bowman, and the high-spec amenities of 60 Curzon, like a pool and fitness club. The development is taking offers of £18.5m.
